The services presented on this website are offered by ORVION Web, based in Brasília, Federal District, Brazil. For commercial or contractual matters, contact contato@orvionweb.com.

Submitting a quote request does not create an automatic engagement. Services begin after the relevant commercial conditions are defined and accepted through a proposal, contract, service order or equivalent document.

ORVION primarily designs and develops business websites, landing pages and e-commerce stores. Depending on the agreed scope, a project may also include Web Design, development, integrations, SEO, performance, analytics, CRM and automation work.

Each project has its own scope. The client is responsible for providing information, access credentials, materials, approvals and content reasonably required for delivery within the agreed timeline. Requests outside the original scope may require a revised schedule and fee.

Project schedules depend on complexity and timely collaboration. Delays in providing materials, access or approvals may affect delivery dates. Relevant milestones should be confirmed in the project's commercial documentation.

Revisions included in the agreed scope will be handled according to the project terms. Additional requests, significant direction changes or new functionality may be treated as scope expansion and may require additional time or fees.

Pricing, payment schedule and billing conditions are set out in the applicable proposal or contract. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licenses, platforms, payment gateways, apps or external services are included only when expressly stated.

Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or contract after agreed commercial conditions are fulfilled. Third-party libraries, tools and licensed assets remain subject to their own licenses. ORVION may display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting, CMS platforms, CRMs, APIs, e-commerce services and marketing tools. Changes, outages or policies of those providers are outside ORVION's direct control.

Support, maintenance, monitoring and ongoing improvements are included only when expressly stated in the agreed scope. After delivery, additional work may be evaluated and quoted separately.

Personal data processed during enquiries, proposals or service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
